Liza Patchen-Short holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Purdue University and an M.A. in Human Development from Saint Mary's College in Minneapolis.

Liza has more than 20 years experience in management consulting, leadership training, goal and skills development, and business development. Currently, she is the Clinical Coordinator at Cocoon House, coaching parents of teens in Everett, Washington.

While maintaining an active coaching practice near Seattle, WA, Liza loves to sail, garden, and hike. Other interests include volunteering in her children's schools, serving as the co-president of her local farmers market, and helping raise funds for her local YMCA. She has also been actively involved with the Snohomish County Habitat for Humanity organization. Liza is married and has two boys, ages 13 and 16.

Liza is dedicated to being non-judgmental and a good listener, holding her client's agenda, offering resources, and working with people of diverse goals and needs.
